Dunbritton Housing Association operates in the Helensburgh and Lomond area of Argyll and Bute, as well as in Dumbarton and Alexandria in West Dunbartonshire. In operation since March 1992, they have built or renovated almost 600 properties for rent and shared ownership throughout their area of operation.
Dunbritton are mainly a general needs housing provider. However, they also provide some specially adapted properties (for example those suitable for wheelchair users) and some supported properties for people with learning disabilities.
Dunbritton’s housing stock varies from one bedroomed flat to four bedroomed wheelchair houses.
