Transfers and Mutual Exchanges

If you already live in a housing association property, you might wish to transfer to a new house – for example as your family grows and you need a bigger home. All housing associations in Argyll and Bute will try to help you to transfer to a home that best meets your needs. There are a number of different ways you can do this:

• Applying for a transfer with the same association
• Applying to another housing association
• Applying for a mutual exchange
