Argyll & Bute Council has a scheme to help people into the private rented sector. This scheme provides deposits to landlords for people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness, and need assistance getting a new private rented tenancy.
It is funded through the Scottish Executive’s Homelessness grant allocation and the Council administers the funding for persons aged 16 or over who are homeless or in severe housing need.
